How TLG Foundation is recognised, organised, and held accountable under Portuguese law.
Legal Status
Funda\xc3\xa7\xc3\xa3o Lakhani (TLG Foundation) is a legally recognised Portuguese foundation. Its recognition was published in the Di\xc3\xa1rio da Rep\xc3\xbablica on 10 February 2026. The Foundation is currently pursuing formal Public Utility Status (Estatuto de Utilidade P\xc3\xbablica) under Portuguese law.
Governance Structure
Per the Foundation’s statutes, TLG Foundation is governed by three bodies:

| Conselho de Administra\xc3\xa7\xc3\xa3o | Board of Directors, including seats reserved for members independent of the Foundation and its founders |

The Foundation’s statutory auditor (Fiscal \xc3\x9anico) is Oliveira Reis & Associados.
